The company reported total income of Rs 96.16 Cr and a profit before tax of Rs 9.99 Cr for the year. The board approved the reappointment of Mrs. Sarita Dinesh Sharma as director and Mr. Balbir Singh Bholuram Sharma as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, both subject to member approval. M/s D D & Associates have been appointed as internal auditors for FY 2025-26, and M/s Pranay D. Vaidya & Co. as secretarial auditors subject to shareholder nod.
