Shree Rama Newsprint has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company is selling its paper division’s plant and machinery in parts, aiming to generate INR 1.91 Cr plus GST. This division accounted for 3.22% of revenue and nearly 48% of other income last fiscal. Buyers include Kamakshi Papers Pvt. Ltd., Shree Bhawani Paper Mills, and Star Enterprise. This move marks a strategic exit from the paper business.
