N R Agarwal Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

NR Agarwal Industries has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to Rs. 1659 Cr, while profit before tax dropped to Rs. 15.96 Cr, hit by pricing pressures. The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2 per share (20%). Key leadership continues with the reappointment of Smt. Reena Agarwal and Shri Raunak Agarwal as Executive Directors, and Shri Rohan Agarwal as Executive Director & CEO. The company plans to move its registered office from Maharashtra to Gujarat and appointed Mr. Ramesh Harkulkar as a new Senior Managerial Personnel.
