Banka BioLoo has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹54.17 Cr from ₹50 Cr last year, but the company posted a ₹91.24 Cr loss before tax, impacted by a ₹7.20 Cr one-time provision linked to its subsidiary Enzotech Solutions’ insolvency.
