The company reported total income of Rs. 1503.94 Cr for the year with a profit before tax of Rs. 136.37 Cr and net profit of Rs. 102.88 Cr. The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share. The company switched to straight-line depreciation, reducing this year’s depreciation expense by Rs. 5.79 Cr. It completed a share buyback, lowering paid-up capital. M/s Sunil Dhawan & Associates was appointed as secretarial auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval. The Board paid fines of Rs. 2.29 lakh under protest for prior committee delays, which are not expected to impact operations. The statutory auditor gave a clean opinion on the audited financials.
