Nakoda Group of Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nakoda Group of Industries has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted total income of ₹13.98 Cr with a profit after tax of ₹0.63 Cr this quarter. The board reappointed S.S. Gelda & Co. as internal auditor and Rachana Daga as secretarial auditor for FY2025-26. The statutory auditor gave a clean opinion on the audited accounts. Rights issue proceeds have been mostly utilized, with ₹15.05 lakhs still pending collection.
