Enviro Infra Engineers has announced a board meeting on May 28, 2025, approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted consolidated revenue of ₹1,066 Cr and a profit after tax of ₹177 Cr for the year. The board re-appointed Mr. Sanjay Jain as Chairman & Whole Time Director and Mr. Manish Jain as Managing Director for five years. They also appointed M/s Jain Alok & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Strategically, Enviro Infra acquired 100% equity in Sunaxis Renewables Private Limited to strengthen its footprint in solar power.
