RKEC Projects Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

RKEC Projects reported consolidated revenue of Rs 421.52 Cr and PAT of Rs 20.04 Cr for FY25, reflecting steady growth. The board has approved raising Rs 15.06 Cr via preferential issuance of 18.3 lakh shares at Rs 82 each to convert promoter loans, pending shareholder nod. Lt. Gen. P R Kumar was re-appointed as Independent Director for another five years. New internal, cost, and secretarial auditors were brought on board. An EGM will be called soon to seek shareholder approvals for these steps.
