Sabar Flex India Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sabar Flex India has announced a board meeting on which approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to ₹147.72 Cr from ₹126.37 Cr last year, but profit after tax dropped sharply to ₹0.71 Cr from ₹4.33 Cr, hit by rising costs and higher taxes. EPS fell to ₹0.037 from ₹0.264. Despite fund inflows from equity and borrowings, operating cash flow stayed negative. The audit report was clean, and no dividend or major corporate moves were declared.
