Dhariwalcorp Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 28-05-2025: Preferential issue

Dhariwalcorp Limited plans to raise about Rs. 8.3 Cr through a preferential issue of up to 8.5 lakh fully convertible warrants priced at Rs. 97.68 each. These warrants, allotted to promoters and select public investors, can be converted into equity shares within 18 months. Shareholder approval will be sought via postal ballot in June. The funds will be raised through cash payment, though the company hasn’t disclosed the intended use of proceeds yet. New internal and secretarial auditors were appointed for the upcoming years.
