C & C Construction Limited has announced a board meeting on the merger with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited (CIPPL), which posted a turnover of Rs. 1149.55 million and net worth of Rs. 637.92 million as of March 2025. The merger aims to revive C & C Construction, previously under liquidation, enhancing operational efficiency and growth potential. Ceigall India Limited will initially hold up to 95% of the merged entity by converting an inter-corporate deposit into equity, with plans to reduce its stake to around 75%, laying the groundwork for sustained expansion.
