Swastik Pipe Limited has announced a board meeting at which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. M/s Prachi Bansal & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval. Cost and Internal Auditors, M/s NN & Associates and M/s Punam Kumar Gupta & Associates respectively, were re-appointed for FY 2025-26. Mr. Rajinder Anand was re-appointed as Independent Director, subject to approval. Shri Sunil Gautam was promoted to CFO, replacing Shri Sunil Kumar Jha. The audit report included a qualified opinion due to interest income recognition and pending confirmations of some receivables/payables.
