Dhariwalcorp Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dhariwalcorp Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company plans to raise Rs 8.3 Cr through a preferential issue of 8.5 lakh fully convertible warrants at Rs 97.68 each, open to promoters and public, pending shareholder approval. Postal ballot notices will be sent out soon. Strengthening its governance, Dhariwalcorp appointed CA Deepika Maheshwari as Internal Auditor for three years and CS Reeptika Barmera as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25.
