Bata India Limited — Others, 28-05-2025: Change in Auditors

Bata India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company plans to appoint M/s. Chandrasekaran Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval. A final dividend of Rs. 9 per share (180%) for FY25 is proposed, adding to the earlier interim dividend of Rs. 10 per share. The company reported standalone profit before tax of Rs. 423.74 Cr and consolidated profit before tax of Rs. 426.38 Cr.
