Swastik Pipe Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The board appointed M/s Prachi Bansal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, re-appointed M/s NN & Associates as Cost Auditors, and M/s Punam Kumar Gupta & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY26. Mr. Rajinder Anand continues as Independent Director with a five-year extension. Shri Sunil Gautam steps in as CFO, replacing Shri Sunil Kumar Jha who resigned.
