NR Agarwal Industries reported a strong revenue increase to Rs. 16,590 Cr for FY25 from Rs. 12,933 Cr, but profit before tax plunged to Rs. 15.96 Cr from Rs. 137.63 Cr due to pricing pressure. Net profit also fell to Rs. 17.65 Cr from Rs. 125.46 Cr. The board approved a final dividend of Rs. 2 per share and key management reappointments.
