5) Balance Sheet / Cash Flow Health: Total assets rose to ₹953 Cr. Borrowings were stable at ~₹325 Cr combined long and short term. Operating cash flow was positive at ₹8.2 Cr, down from last year due to working capital and capex, with ₹58 Cr spent on property and equipment.

6) Management Outlook: Strategic ₹44.4 Cr land investment near Tamil Nadu airport signals diversification into real estate and logistics. Addition of supervision and technical consulting services expands service offerings. The RPP-Satyamoorthy JV secured a ₹413 Cr EPC contract for Raipur railway station, enhancing near-term revenue visibility. Focus on project profitability and risk mitigation continues.

7) Final Takeaway: Despite some project setbacks, RPP Infra shows solid revenue growth and profit improvement, supported by cost discipline and strategic land acquisitions. Strong order book and JV wins position it well for stable to positive momentum. Dividend of ₹0.5 per share underscores confidence in cash flow.

Retail investors seeking infrastructure exposure may find RPP Infra’s balanced growth and diversification attractive ahead.
