Pricol has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company also informed shareholders that shares with dividends unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive years from 2018 onwards will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority’s demat account if not claimed by the deadline. Shareholders have been notified individually and can still claim their unpaid dividends by contacting the company or the IEPF Authority, preserving their rights to recover shares and dues in the future.
