NR Agarwal Industries has announced a board meeting on May 28, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year and a final dividend of Rs. 2 per share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Q4 revenue jumped to Rs. 466 Cr from Rs. 247 Cr but it faced a net loss of Rs. 6.8 Cr due to pricing pressures. FY25 revenue rose to Rs. 1,659 Cr while net profit dropped sharply to Rs. 17.7 Cr from Rs. 125 Cr in FY24. The company plans to shift its registered office to Gujarat; long-term borrowings increased to Rs. 501 Cr with a stable credit rating.
