Flair Writing Industries crossed Rs. 1,000 Cr revenue in FY25, driven by Pens (Rs. 828 Cr, +4%), Creatives (Rs. 171 Cr, +18%), and Steel Bottles (Rs. 44 Cr, +74%). Q4 revenue was Rs. 298 Cr (+19% YoY) with a 15.7% EBITDA margin, impacted by product mix and manufacturing ramp-up. Rs. 80-90 Cr CAPEX is planned to boost writing instruments and Creatives, targeting 15-16% revenue growth next year. Steel Bottles turned EBITDA positive, expected to grow 40-50%. Working capital cycle improved to 113 days. Margins are expected to expand from FY26 with rising ROE. Export revenue is ~17%, focused on US and Latin America. Employee costs rose 18%, supported by productivity gains. Innovation, premiumization, and distribution expansion remain key growth drivers.
