Global Surfaces Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated net loss of ₹24.93 Cr for the year on revenues of ₹207.64 Cr. It also plans to raise up to ₹155 Cr through equity shares or convertible securities, pending shareholder approval, and will increase authorized share capital from ₹55 Cr to ₹65 Cr. NLA & Associates and Pinchaa & Co. were re-appointed as Internal and Secretarial Auditors for 2025-26.
