TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

TVS Supply Chain Solutions has announced a board meeting on the approval of the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue grew 8.6% to ₹9,995.72 Cr in FY25. The company narrowed its net loss sharply to ₹9.64 Cr from ₹90.49 Cr a year ago. Operating profit before tax came in at ₹29.36 Cr. The board also approved appointing Mr. K Venugopalan as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder nod. The 21st AGM will be held via video conferencing.
