Manaksia Steels Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The standalone revenue stood at ₹580 Cr with a net profit of ₹4.88 Cr for the year, while consolidated revenue was ₹697 Cr with a net loss of ₹15.22 Cr, mainly due to foreign exchange losses from Nigerian currency devaluation. The Board also approved the re-appointment of KASG & Co. as Internal Auditor and B. Mukhopadhyay & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26.
