Shradha Infraprojects Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shradha Infraprojects has announced a board meeting on 28th May 2025, approving audited consolidated financial results for FY 2024-25. Revenue rose to ₹116 Cr, with net profit increasing to ₹22.09 Cr from last year’s ₹20.02 Cr. EPS stands at ₹3.64. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.50 per share (25% on ₹2 face value), pending shareholder approval. V.K. Surana & Co. and Ms. Riddhita Agrawal join as Statutory and Secretarial Auditors respectively, each for five years. The AGM will be held via video conference.
