Gandhi Special Tubes has announced a board meeting on 28 May 2025 where it approved the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2025. The board proposed a Rs. 15 per share (300%) dividend, with the record date set for 4 August 2025. Payments will follow by 10 September 2025 if approved at the 40th AGM on 11 August 2025.
