Elgi Equipments Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 28-05-2025: Record Date

Elgi Equipments has announced a board meeting on August 12, 2025, for its 65th AGM. A final dividend of Rs. 2.20 per share for FY25 is proposed, with the record date on July 18, 2025, and payments by September 10, 2025. The Managing Director, Mr. Jairam Varadaraj, is up for reappointment for five years from April 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. STR & Associates will be the Cost Auditors for FY26.
