ELGI Equipments has announced a board meeting to finalize key corporate actions. The 65th Annual General Meeting will be held via video conferencing. A final dividend of Rs. 2.20 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, has been proposed, subject to member approval. M/s. STR & Associates has been appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26. Mr. Jairam Varadaraj is also up for reappointment as Managing Director for a five-year term starting April 2026, pending shareholder approval.
