Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited has announced a board meeting on the approval of the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue jumped to ₹1,844.12 Cr, with profit after tax rising to ₹165.56 Cr from ₹137.36 Cr last year. Standalone PAT stood at ₹155.32 Cr. Earnings per share were ₹29.13 consolidated and ₹28.72 standalone. The company also approved the notice for its 70th Annual General Meeting. Auditors gave a clean opinion on the results.
