Brooks Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Brooks Laboratories has announced a board meeting on May 28, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue jumped to ₹23.32 Cr in Q4 from ₹17.72 Cr last year, but consolidated losses widened to ₹14.58 Cr for the quarter and ₹99.67 Cr for the year, dragged down by its joint venture Brooks Steriscience. Standalone numbers showed a profit of ₹1.37 Cr in Q4 and ₹3.05 Cr for the year. The company raised ₹45.43 Cr through a preferential equity issue, fully used to support the joint venture and corporate needs. Sharma Sarin & Associates was appointed secretarial auditors for five years, subject to shareholder nod.
