Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year. Leadership saw key additions with Mr. C Mruthyunjaya Swamy as Additional Executive Director and Chairperson, Mrs. Hema H M as Additional Executive Director, and Mr. Gowdar Thimmappa Suresh joining as Independent Director for five years. The board reappointed SPML & Associates as Internal Auditor and Girish G R & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY26. Ms. Nista U Shetty resigned as Non-Executive Director. M/s. R N Bhat & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor, pending shareholder approval.
