Radiowalla Network Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Radiowalla reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 204.95 Cr, rising sharply from Rs. 153.51 Cr a year ago. However, PAT dipped to Rs. 6.97 Cr from Rs. 15.43 Cr, hit by one-time IPO expenses of Rs. 0.56 Cr. Switching to straight-line depreciation added Rs. 0.43 Cr to profits. The board approved granting 3.68 lakh ESOPs at Rs. 110 each, recognizing Rs. 13.99 lakh as employee cost. A new secretarial auditor has been appointed for five years. The company also added a vehicle to support operations.
