Jyoti Structures Ltd. posted FY25 revenue of Rs. 504 Cr, up 9% YoY, with PAT at Rs. 36 Cr. Q4 income surged 28% YoY to Rs. 167 Cr, PAT at Rs. 12 Cr. The company raised Rs. 699 Cr equity during the year and holds an opening order book exceeding Rs. 1,900 Cr. Fabrication started at Nasik Plant 2, alongside upgraded testing facilities for higher voltage transmission towers, positioning the company well to capitalize on expanding power T&D infrastructure demand.
