Cummins India Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Cummins India has announced a board meeting approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted annual consolidated revenue of ₹10,837.61 Cr and profit after tax of ₹1,999.94 Cr, with an EPS of ₹72.15. A final dividend of ₹33.50 per share is proposed, adding to the interim dividend of ₹18 already paid. Key changes include the resignation of Non-Executive Director Bonnie Jean Fetch and the non-renewal of Rama Bijapurkar’s term. Soma Dilip Ghosh will join as CFO from July 21, 2025.
