Oricon Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Oricon Enterprises has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 172.6 Cr from Rs. 146.6 Cr last year. Profit before tax swung to Rs. 1.45 Cr from a loss of Rs. 10.3 Cr. Net profit zoomed to Rs. 139.2 Cr, driven by a Rs. 142.15 Cr gain from the slump sale of its plastic closures business. A 25% dividend (Rs. 0.50/share) was declared. Mr. Adarsh Somani was re-appointed Managing Director, and Ms. Mayuri Bharat Thakkar was named Secretarial Auditor, both awaiting shareholder nod.
