United Heat Transfer Limited has announced a board meeting approving the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue increased to Rs 67.88 Cr from Rs 64.10 Cr last year, supported by better operations. However, profit before tax slipped to Rs 7.12 Cr from Rs 7.86 Cr, affected by higher finance costs and working capital changes. EPS stood at Rs 3.33. The company fully deployed its Rs 27.08 Cr IPO funds towards debt repayment, working capital, and corporate needs. M/s D S Sonawane & Associates appointed as internal auditor for FY26.
