The committee approved the appointment of new directors and key managerial personnel, including Mrs. Megha Brahmankar, Mr. Suraj Kodak, Mr. Vikram Ravindra Sabnis, Mrs. Bhagyashri Nilesh Devrale as Additional Non-Executive Directors, and Mr. Ravindra Salunkhe as Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval.
