Garodia Chemicals Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Monitoring Committee approved the appointment of new directors and key managerial personnel as part of the ongoing Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process. New appointments include Mrs. Megha Brahmankar, Mr. Suraj Kodak, Mr. Vikram Ravindra Sabnis as Additional Non-Executive Directors, Mr. Ravi Salunkhe as Managing Director (subject to shareholder approval), and Mrs. Bhagyashri Nilesh Devrale as Additional Non-Executive Director. Several existing directors and KMPs ceased their roles effective March 10, 2025, following the NCLT approval of the resolution plan.
