Polyplex Corporation Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Polyplex has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue climbed to Rs. 6885 Cr from Rs. 6307 Cr last year. PAT surged to Rs. 357.7 Cr versus Rs. 86.4 Cr, boosted by a significant tax credit. The standalone business posted a net profit of Rs. 77 Cr and proposed a final dividend of Rs. 4.50/share. The USA subsidiary began commercial production of a brownfield BOPET film line. While forex losses weighed on profits, operational momentum remains strong.
