Oricon Enterprises has announced a board meeting that re-appointed Mr. Adarsh Somani as Managing Director for five years from June 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval. Ms. Mayuri Bharat Thakkar was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, also subject to shareholder approval. The board proposed a 25% dividend (Rs. 0.50 per share of Rs. 2 each) for the year ended March 31, 2025. These decisions strengthen management continuity and aim to reward shareholders.
