Welspun Corp Limited — Important, 28-05-2025: General Updates

Welspun Corp has announced a board meeting on May 28, 2025, approving audited consolidated results for FY25 with a net profit of Rs. 1,902 Cr and total comprehensive income of Rs. 1,945 Cr. The Board plans a final dividend of 100% (Rs. 5/share). They approved raising up to Rs. 500 Cr through Commercial Papers/NCDs for working capital. Key strategic moves include a $125 million greenfield LSAW pipes plant in the US and expansions at Indian plants for spiral & LSAW pipes, induction bends, and pipe coating. The Anjar DRI project is on hold with no expenditure so far.
