Gokul Refoils has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Chairman Balvantsingh Rajput and CEO Praveen Kumar Khandelwal resigned, effective end-May. CFO Shaunak Mandalia is promoted to CEO and Executive Director, with Samkit Parikh joining as the new CFO. Arjunsinh Rajput is appointed Additional Executive Director. Board committees have been restructured, M/s Agarwal & Mehta LLP appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and Mr. Ahijit Dey re-appointed as Internal Auditor.
