Manaksia Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Manaksia has announced a board meeting on 28th May 2025 where it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2025. Profit after tax dipped to Rs 58.12 Cr from Rs 78.70 Cr last year, with EBITDA at Rs 108.48 Cr. Agrawal Tondon & Co. were re-appointed as internal auditors for FY26. Leadership change noted as Deb Dip Chowdhury takes over as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The registered office will relocate within the same Kolkata building from 2nd June 2025.
