Ausom Enterprise Limited — Important, 28-05-2025: General Updates

AuSom Enterprise reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 2392.53 Cr and a profit before tax of Rs. 22.09 Cr for the year. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Re. 1 per share (10% on face value). A new subsidiary, Amazo Solar Power Private Limited, has been added to the consolidation but remains non-operational. Audit and internal audit appointments were renewed.
