Bajaj Steel Industries has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 saw stable growth with expanding capacity in the Infrastructure division, expected to triple revenue in 2-3 years. Two new subsidiaries were incorporated in Brazil, boosting South America presence. Revenue grew 16% YoY to Rs 551 Cr, driven by 98% QoQ growth in other businesses including Infrastructure, Electrical Panels, and Heavy Engineering. The company plans Rs 300-350 Cr capex over 3-4 years to scale these divisions. Robust financials feature ROE of 22%, negative net debt, and strong credit ratings. Key clients include TSI (USA), Beumer (India), and Metso (Finland).
