Gayatri Bioorganics has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company appointed Mr. Srinivas Iduri as an Additional Independent Director for five years and re-designated Ms. Meenakshi Ramchand Sachdeva as an Independent Director for five years, both subject to shareholder approval.
