Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited has announced a board meeting on approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue surged to ₹3,13,506 lakh, with profit before tax nearly doubling to ₹62,414 lakh. Net profit after tax and share of associate reached ₹47,061 lakh, lifting EPS to ₹29.02. The acquisition of Arjas Steel, completed in November 2024, contributed ₹1,21,248 lakh in revenue and ₹4,195 lakh in PAT. The company raised ₹450 Cr through 11% NCDs, fully utilized. A final dividend of ₹1.25/share is proposed.
