Shradha Infraprojects Limited — Results, 28-05-2025: Integrated Filing- Financial
Shradha Infraprojects has announced a board meeting on approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
1) Revenue Performance: Consolidated revenue grew sharply to Rs. 42.61 Cr in Q4 FY25 from Rs. 22.58 Cr a year ago, driven mainly by infrastructure and real estate segments. However, full-year revenue dipped slightly to Rs. 106.59 Cr from Rs. 110.45 Cr, weighed down by lower real estate sales.
2) Profitability and EPS: Net profit rose strongly to Rs. 7.50 Cr for the quarter versus Rs. 4.84 Cr last year. Full-year PAT increased to Rs. 22.09 Cr from Rs. 20.02 Cr. Basic EPS for the quarter stood at Rs. 1.08 (not annualized) and Rs. 3.64 for the year, reflecting operational efficiency gains despite margin pressure from higher finance costs.
3) Operational Costs: Expenses jumped with cost of goods sold at Rs. 28.68 Cr and finance costs rising to Rs. 3.01 Cr for the quarter, due to increased borrowings for expansion. Employee and other expenses were stable, indicating controlled overheads.
4) Key Metrics: Infrastructure revenue surged to Rs. 39.80 Cr in Q4, driving improved EBITDA margins. Real estate revenue slowed to Rs. 2.82 Cr for the quarter and down sharply for the full year.
5) Balance Sheet / Cash Flow Health: Debt climbed to Rs. 169.76 Cr on heightened long-term and working capital needs, but cash reserves improved substantially to Rs. 61.65 Cr, supported by better cash flow management and subsidiary share capital inflows. Capex totaled about Rs. 4.86 Cr in FY25.
6) Management Outlook: Focus remains on scaling infrastructure projects and cautious real estate exposure. A final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (25%) is proposed. Plans involve leveraging real estate assets and optimizing debt to balance growth and capital efficiency.
Final Takeaway: Solid volume growth and margin gains in infrastructure underpin positive momentum, although elevated finance costs and debt levels warrant attention. Robust cash flow and earnings support confidence for retail investors looking at infrastructure-led growth with selective real estate diversification.
