Maithan Alloys Limited — Board Meeting, 28-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Maithan Alloys has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated net profit hit ₹90.35 Cr, fueled by strong growth in Ferro Alloys and new Real Estate ventures. They declared a second interim dividend of ₹7 per share and proposed a final dividend of ₹6 per share for FY25. The company acquired Eloise Builders & Constructions for ₹73 Cr and approved merging Impex Metal & Ferro Alloys into Maithan Alloys, subject to approvals. Production at the Byrnihat unit has also resumed after a short halt.
