Hindustan Oil Exploration Company has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board approved audited consolidated results showing strong earnings with PBT at ₹149.95 Cr and net profit at ₹124.36 Cr for the year. The company completed acquiring AEPL’s 40% stake in the B-80 field, fully consolidating its revenues and expenses from April 1, 2024. It also approved appointing M/s. S. Sandeep & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
