Mandeep Auto Industries has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Profit after tax stood at Rs. 277.06 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 141.01 lakhs for the half-year, with revenues at Rs. 1,629.33 lakhs and Rs. 3,221.68 lakhs respectively. Post an IPO raise of Rs. 25.25 Cr, the company has deployed Rs. 20.98 Cr towards plant expansion, debt repayment, working capital, and general corporate expenses, leaving Rs. 4.27 Cr yet to be utilized. The audit came through clean.
